I am a fully accredited psychotherapist with over 17 years of working experience in Mental Health within primary and secondary care settings with children and adults. I provide evidence-based interventions in line with the recommended guidelines by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE). I also receive regular supervision I am employed as a Psychotherapist in the NHS as well as run my own private practice and I am recognised as an individual provider for AXA Health, Cigna and Vitahealth. Being a Multilingual therapist, I carry with me a good insight of different cultures and knowledge of adapting the therapy sessions to meet client needs and values. I offer therapy in various Asian languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, Gujrati, Marathi and Kutchi. I endeavour to provide space for clients to express their innermost thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgemental setting. I have been described by clients as being an approachable, flexible, sensitive and empathetic therapist.
